Eighteen IGP researchers receive grants from the Swedish Cancer Society

The Swedish Cancer Society has granted funding of SEK 64.3 million in total to 18 IGP researchers.

Marika Nestor has been awarded a project grant in radiation therapy of SEK 10 million. Lena Claesson-Welsh, Weronica Ek, Magnus Essand, Karin Forsberg Nilsson, Ingrid Glimelius, Bengt Glimelius, Ulf Gyllensten, Åsa Johansson, Masood Kamali-Moghaddam, Taija Mäkinen, Bo Stenerlöw, Gustav Ullenhag, Bengt Westermark and Di Yu have received project grants of between SEK 2.4 and 7.5 million.

Stefan Enroth has obtained a fellowship in prevention research for three years and Olivera Casar-Borota has received funding for research months during three years. Daniel Molin has been granted funding for two planning groups, with SEK 525 000 for each group.

In this call for applications, the Swedish Cancer Society has granted funding of in total SEK 900 million for 230 research projects.
